SURROUND ADHESIVES

WHITE LATEX ADHESIVE DAMPENER White flexible adhesive and edge treatment goes on white and dries clear and tack free. It bonds both surrounds and paper dust caps to paper cones. It can be thinned with water and sprayed on cones to give them a wet look. We also offer a stiffer setting version called #WDS in the same sizes.

	BLACK & YELLOW HEAVY DUTY ADHESIVES These heavy duty rubber cements have been re-formulated to bond even stronger on cloth and foam surrounds to the frame and cone. They are also excellent for bonding gasket and spider to frame. These are both fast curing material designed to work on steel, aluminum, paper, cloth, foam, felt, paperboard and plastic. They have excellent heat and water resistance.

CLEAR AND BLACK RUBBER CEMENT This hexane/toluene based styrene butadiene rubber cement is very strong and extremely fast setting. This cement has excellent adhesion to all substrates. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance. It will withstand cold temperature flexibility issues and has great water resistance.

BLACK DOME GLUE This solvent based black rubber cement is very thixotropic and flexible. This cement has excellent adhesion to difficult to bond to surfaces such as polypropylene, styrene, butyl rubber and most of the coated cloth cones. It was designed for bonding dust caps to the cones and coating lead wires.

	CLEAR TACKY SURROUND DAMPENER ADHESIVE This white flexible surround edge treatment applies white and dries clear. This compound is water based and can also be thinned. It remains extremely tacky and flexible upon drying. It takes about an hour depending on how thick it is applied. Fixture cure is 10 minutes. #WDT will feel like it never dries. It works excellent on polypropylene, styrene, butyl rubber, cloth and paper .

BLACK LATEX ADHESIVE DAMPENER This black flexible surround edge treatment and adhesive is designed to protect, bond and enhance the look of the surround. It remains flexible upon drying. It takes about an hour depending on how thick it is applied.

	WET-LOOK CONE TREATMENT These cone treatments are designed to be used on paper cones. This treatment easily flows over the surface and into the pores of the paper. After applying this treatment post cure the cones under a heat lamp for 10 minutes to set the material. After being cured this treatment has excellent water resistance.
